Shrimp and Crab Stick Salad Ingredients

Making a salad with shrimp and crab sticks:
Step 1: Prepare the crab sticks.
Remove the crab sticks from the packaging and cut into large enough pieces. Pour them to the bottom of a deep plate.
If your crab sticks are frozen, then before cooking, leave the package with them to defrost at room temperature or in cold water without opening.
Step 2: Prepare the eggs.In a small saucepan, lay the eggs and fill them with water. We put the pan on a strong fire. As soon as the water boils, turn off the gas and continue cooking 15 minutes. Remove the hard-boiled eggs with a spoon from the water and put in the sink, turn on cold water and cool them.
Peel the cooled boiled eggs and crumble. Pour the sliced eggs into a deep plate in which the crab sticks already lie.
Step 3: Prepare the potatoes.Rinse the potatoes and put them in a large pot with water. Put on the fire, bring to a boil, then reduce, cover and simmer 20-30 minutes depending on the size of the potatoes that you have chosen. Check the readiness with a knife, he should easily pierce the potatoes.
Cool boiled potatoes under cold water and peel. Cut the finished root crop into cubes and add to mayonnaise, slightly mash the potatoes with a knife and mix it with mayonnaise.
Step 4: Prepare the green onions.Rinse green onions under a stream of cold water. Cut off the white tip, crumble the rest and pour into a deep plate to the eggs and crab sticks.
Step 5: Prepare the shrimp.Pour water into a deep saucepan and set on fire. Once the water boils, add frozen peeled shrimp to it. Cook over medium heat until cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Put the prepared shrimp using a slotted spoon in a plate with other ingredients.
Step 6: Prepare the onion.Peel the onion. It is best to cut it before this in half, so it’s more convenient and faster to clean. Cut the peeled onions into small cubes and pour them into a deep plate in which you will knead the salad.
Step 7: Prepare the tuna.Using a special knife, open a can of canned tuna. Drain the liquid, we will not need it during the preparation of the salad. Slices of tuna slightly break with a fork, but do not turn them into a homogeneous porridge. Add fish to other ingredients.
Step 8: Prepare the Olives.
Open a jar of olives, drain the water and add them to the plate without slicing. You can take any pitted or stuffed olives, such as anchovy or lemon.
Step 9: Knead the salad.
In a plate with other ingredients, add potatoes mixed with mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste. Thoroughly mix all the components of the salad, it’s not scary if you break the olives in the process or chop the tuna potatoes harder.
Allow mixed salad to infuse and soak; to do this, place it in the refrigerator on 20-30 minutes. After that you can serve a ready-made salad with shrimp and crab sticks.
Step 10: Serve the shrimp and crab sticks salad.
Transfer the prepared salad to a special dish. Decorate a salad bowl in a marine theme, for example, giving it the look of a ship. Serve the festive salad on the table.
