Ingredients for Cooking Chicken Fillet with Vegetables

Cooking chicken with vegetables:
Step 1: Prepare the pepper.
Rinse the bell pepper and peel its seeds, cut the tail. Cut each vegetable in half and chop in thick strips.
Step 2: Prepare the carrots.Wash the carrot and, using a special knife for peeling vegetables, peel it off. Chop the clean vegetables in circles.
Step 3: Prepare the onion.Chop the peeled onions with a knife.
Step 4: Prepare Cauliflower.Divide a head of cauliflower into inflorescences and, having lowered the obtained pieces in a colander, rinse them with warm water.
Step 5: Prepare the potatoes.Peel the potatoes and remove the eyes. After thoroughly rinse the root crops and cut into large cubes.
Step 6: Prepare the Chicken Fillet.Chicken fillet should be thawed and cut into medium pieces.
Step 7: Cook the chicken with vegetables.Prepare a pan and heat a small amount of vegetable oil in it. Fry the fillet until golden brown, stirring, do not forget to salt and pepper to taste.
Add carrots and onions to the fillet, fry a little more, 3-4 minutesuntil the vegetables are slightly softened. Add salt and pepper, if necessary in your opinion.
Add the remaining vegetables and fill with water. You can add seasoning and, for example, dried herbs to your taste. Bring everything to a boil and cook 30-40 minutes over medium heat until potatoes are cooked. If necessary, add water during cooking.
Step 8: Serve the chicken with vegetables.
Serve chicken with vegetables as a separate hot dish, garnished with fresh herbs and sauce.
