Making apple smoothies:

Step 1: prepare the ingredients.

During the preparation of a smoothie from apples, I immediately put the prepared ingredients in a blender bowl, so first prepare it thoroughly by washing and wiping it with a kitchen towel. And immediately put ice on the bottom of the bowl.
Wash green apples under a stream of cold water, and then use a special knife to peel the fruit from its peel. After cutting a clean apple into four parts, remove the core.
Avocados, just like apples, need to be thoroughly washed. Then gently cut along in half and rotate in a circle to disconnect the halves from each other. And only after you divide the avocado, you can begin to peel it. The solid core also needs to be removed, it is not suitable for food.
Fold the spinach in a colander and rinse thoroughly several times with hot water, but be careful not to burn yourself. Shake the greens from excess moisture remaining on them.

Step 2: Cook the smoothie.

Place all prepared ingredients in turn in a blender bowl. Pour coconut water over slices of fruit and avocado on top and close the lid to prevent the smoothies from splashing during cooking.

Beat and grind apples, avocados, ice and spinach at maximum power for a little less than a minute. This is enough to make the drink homogeneous and all the ingredients mixed together. That's all, now open the blender and start serving smoothies made from apples.

Step 3: serve a smoothie of apples.

Serve apple smoothies right away, just pour from a blender bowl into a tall glass with a straw. Because of the ice, it will already be sufficiently cooled and at a suitable temperature. Therefore, you can enjoy a healthy and refreshing drink with a delicious bright green color right away.

Recipe Tips:

- If you don’t have fresh spinach at hand, then you can use frozen, but then add less ice or eliminate it altogether.

- In order to make the finished smoothie thicker in consistency, simply reduce the amount of coconut water and add more apples. In this case, you will get a kind of fruit puree, which can be eaten with a spoon.

- Also, instead of spinach, you can use almost any other fresh greens.
