Cooking chicken roll with egg:

Step 1: prepare the eggs.


Place the eggs in a small saucepan filled with water. Bring to a boil and cook for 12-14 minutes. During this time, the contents of the eggs will boil and curl. Drain hot water from a saucepan and, without removing eggs from it, place it under a tap with running cold water. This procedure will allow you to cool the ingredient, and also because of the sharp temperature difference, the shell will be easier to remove. Peel the eggs and crumble, cutting them into halves or quarters, depending on what pieces you want to see in your roll.

Step 2: prepare the fillet.


Defrost the chicken breast and rinse under cold running water, then wrap it in a disposable towel and dry it. On each piece you need to make longitudinal cuts and open it like a booklet. Place the meat on a cutting board covered with cling film, and cover the breast with the same film. Use a hammer to beat off the chicken, but you don’t need to be zealous and make it very thin, you also cannot allow the appearance of small holes, through them the filling can simply run away.

Step 3: prepare the garlic.


Press the garlic cloves with the flat side of the knife and peel each of them from the husk. I recommend crushing this ingredient with a knife, and not with a special press. This way you save the juice, which subsequently soaks the chicken meat.

Step 4: prepare the greens.


Be sure to rinse the greens first and shake off excess moisture. And also grind this component, cutting it very finely. In this case, the less the better.

Step 5: form the chicken roll with the egg.


Lubricate the chicken breast chop with spices and salt to taste, spreading the seasoning with your fingers over the entire area of ​​the meat. Uncover the pieces and lay thin slices of butter on their middle, then sprinkle with chopped herbs and garlic. Lay the pieces of eggs and roll the chicken with a neat roll, fixing the shape with a kitchen thread.

Step 6: bake the chicken roll with the egg.


Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Place the chicken roll formed from the chicken inside the chef's sleeve, after sealing it. Place everything on a heat-resistant baking sheet and place in the oven. Cook the dish for 45 minutes, then carefully open the oven and open the bag with a knife or kitchen scissors and, returning the chicken roll back, continue to bake it again 10 minutesby increasing the temperature to 190-200 degrees. This is necessary so that the meat is covered with a delicious crispy crust. At the end of cooking, take out the roll, remove it from the sleeve and cut the thread.
