Cooking potatoes with mushrooms and meat in a slow cooker:

Step 1: prepare the pork.


We thoroughly wash the pork under running warm water and put it on a cutting board. Using a knife, we clean the meat from veins, films and excess fat. Now cut the component into small pieces and move it into a small bowl.

Step 2: prepare the onions.


Using a knife, peel the onion from the husk and rinse thoroughly under running water. Next, lay out the component on a cutting board and finely chop into cubes. Pour the chopped onion into a free plate and proceed to the preparation of carrots.

Step 5: prepare the champignons.


The mushrooms are well washed under running warm water and put on a cutting board. Using a knife, if necessary, clean the hats and legs of the mushrooms from rough places. Now grind the components in pieces and transfer to a free small bowl.

Step 6: prepare the parsley.


We wash the parsley under running water, shake off excess liquid and put it on a cutting board. Using a knife, finely chop the greens and pour into a free saucer. Attention: in fact, parsley is not necessary to add to this dish. For example, I use it only for decoration. You can add greens at will.

Step 7: prepare potatoes with mushrooms and meat in a slow cooker.


Pour a small amount of vegetable oil into the multicooker pan and turn on baking mode. Immediately after that, put the pieces of pork here, close the lid of the appliance and cook the meat for 20 minutes.
After the allotted time, add carrot chips, chopped onions, and champignons to the pan. Mix everything thoroughly with a kitchen spatula and continue to cook the dish in the same mode another 15-20 minutes.

Next, open the lid of the appliance and put the potato slices here. Do not forget to pour salt to taste, put a couple of bay leaves and peas of black pepper. Now we fill all the ingredients with clean cool water, mix everything well with a kitchen spatula and continue to cook the dish. To do this, close the lid of the multicooker and reinstall Baking mode for 50 minutes. Important: do not forget from time to time (about 2 times) stir the dish so that it bakes evenly. When the corresponding signal sounds, turn off the appliance from the network, open the lid and can invite everyone to the dining table.

Step 8: serve potatoes with mushrooms and meat in a slow cooker.


We transfer the still hot potatoes with mushrooms and meat using a kitchen spatula from the slow cooker to a special plate, optionally sprinkle with finely chopped parsley and serve to the dining table. This dish comes out very hearty and tasty, so they can easily treat the household as a lunch or dinner. I also advise you to put slices of bread, fresh vegetables and pickles on the table. Recipe Tips:

- if liquid remains in the multicooker pan, be sure to water it with the dish before serving;

- Instead of mushrooms in the roast, you can add porcini mushrooms, oyster mushrooms, chanterelles, mushrooms. The main thing is to prepare them in advance and be one hundred percent sure that they are safe for human life;

- In addition to the spices indicated in the recipe, you can take any others to your taste. For example, "hops-suneli", one pinch of ground coriander, dried ground dill and so on;

- instead of pork, you can add chicken, turkey, beef, veal and even lamb to the dish;

- to speed up the cooking process, vegetables with mushrooms can be stewed with meat;

- If you initially add cold water to the multicooker, then the roast will cook twice as long.
