Green sandwich


Ingredients for Making a Green Sandwich

  1. Long loaf 1 piece
  2. 4-5 eggs
  3. Green onion 1 bunch
  4. Dill Greens 2 Bunches
  5. Parsley 2 bundles
  6. Mayonnaise to taste
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Ground black pepper to taste

Making a green sandwich:

Step 1: prepare the eggs.


In order to make the filling of the sandwich hearty and tender, we will add eggs to it. But first you need to weld them. To do this, put them in a saucepan, fill with water, bring to a boil and cook 12-15 minutes. Then cool under a stream of ice-cold strong water. Then you should be able to easily clear the eggshell. Cut the ingredients thus prepared into small cubes or grind them completely with a grater.

Step 2: prepare the greens.


Put greens in a colander and rinse with warm water to make the parsley more aromatic. Then shake off any excess moisture and chop into very small pieces. The finer the greens cut, the better and more tender the sandwiches will be.

Step 3: prepare the loaf.


Cut the loaf into thin slices.

Step 4: prepare a green salad for sandwiches.


Pour eggs and chopped greens into a deep plate, season with mayonnaise, adding to taste, but not too much so that it does not come out too liquid. Do not forget to salt and pepper the resulting mixture. As a result, you should get a delicious heterogeneous mass.

Step 5: prepare the green sandwiches.


At this stage, you only need to combine the slices of the loaf with the egg mass that you prepared earlier. Of course, you can show your imagination and decorate the resulting sandwiches before serving. For example, laying on them several whole branches of parsley or dill.

Step 6: serve the green sandwiches.


Serve green sandwiches immediately after preparation, making them your favorite hot drink, for example, sweet tea, cocoa or coffee with milk. And after that, sit down at the table with everyone and enjoy spring green sandwiches.

- You can also fry bread on one or both sides before.

- To make very tender sandwiches, choose not a loaf, but a loaf of white bread and cut off each slice of the crust, leaving only the flesh.
