Baking tray, pan, sieve, kitchen knife, cutting board, kitchen potholders, glass jars with lids, disposable paper towels, ladle or long spoon, tablespoon.

Cooking apple marmalade for the winter:

Step 1: prepare the apples.

Rinse the apples well. For best results, use a special brush to wash vegetables and fruits. Dry the apples with disposable paper towels.
Cut off the top of each apple to make a lid. Then carefully, without cutting the fruit itself, take out the core and remove the "antennae" from the bottom, and remove the twig from the cut top.

Step 2: bake the apples.

Set the oven to warm up 150 degrees Celsius. In the meantime, when it reaches the right temperature, make peeled apples on a baking sheet and cover them with chopped tops.
Bake apples on top of the oven for 1-1.5 hours. I will not indicate the exact time, since it depends on the size and juiciness of the fruits. Therefore, watch for yourself and bake fruits until their flesh becomes loose. Just don’t burn them by accident!
After baking, let the apples cool slightly, just so that they can continue to work with them without burning.

Step 3: make apple marmalade.

Grind the baked apples by wiping them to a puree condition using a sieve. Push the loose and pliable pulp with a tablespoon, and put a saucepan or enameled basin under the sieve in which you will make marmalade.
Add granulated sugar to the applesauce and mix well. Put everything on a slow fire and cook for 1-1.5 hours. Cook apples with sugar until the mashed potatoes thicken so that the spoon begins to leave characteristic traces that do not disappear immediately. And to make sure that the mass is thick enough, drip it on a saucer, if a drop does not spread, then everything is ready, otherwise cooking should continue.

Step 4: we prepare apple marmalade for the winter.

Arrange the hot apple marmalade in heated sterilized jars. Sprinkle a little sugar on top, and then roll up the workpiece.
When the apple marmalade prepared for the winter has cooled to room temperature, it will need to be removed in a cool dark place.

Step 5: serve apple marmalade.

Apple marmalade is thick enough to cook various pastries with it: cookies, open cakes and other goodies. And you can spread it on bread and eat just like that with tea. The taste of natural apple marmalade is very difficult to convey in words, so be sure to cook it yourself.
Enjoy your meal!

Recipe Tips:

- Harvesting apple marmalade is best in glass jars, the volume of which does not exceed 500 milliliters.

- Instead of a sieve, you can use a colander to grind apples.

- It’s best to wash the cans not with detergents, but with ordinary baking soda, the main thing is to rinse the container thoroughly.
