Step 1: Prepare the champignons.
Sort the champignons and rinse thoroughly. We need mushrooms with tight whole hats. After washing, dry the mushrooms and carefully cut each leg out.

Step 2: Bake the champignons.

Step 4: Bake the mushrooms with cheese in the oven.
After 20 minutes the mushrooms in the oven were covered with a delicious brown crust. Most of the butter has melted. Insert grated Suluguni cheese in each hat, carefully sealing it with your finger. Send the mushrooms stuffed with cheese back into the oven for another 20 minutes. Total all the baking time with us is 40 minutes, this is enough for the mushrooms to bake.
