Cooking microwaved bananas:

Step 1: Cooking Caramel

In a plate about 1,5 liter mix granulated sugar, rum and butter. Cover it all and put in the microwave. Heat at maximum power for 4-5 minutesuntil sugar dissolves in melted butter with rum. Moreover, later 2 minutes after the start of cooking, the caramel will need to be mixed.

Step 2: prepare the bananas.

Peel the bananas and first cut along, and then again each half across in two equal parts, and then these quarters must be cut with a knife along. Simply put, you need to cut each banana into eight equal parts.

Step 3: microwave the bananas.

Dip the banana slices in hot caramel, melting them so that the fruit slices are completely covered with the mixture. And put everything in the oven again on 1-2 minutes or until the bananas are warmed and baked.

Step 4: Serve the microwave-baked bananas.
